Refund Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Wallet Recharges
Wallet recharges are non-refundable. The prepaid balance can be used anytime — there is no expiry date.
2. Failed Messages
If a message fails to deliver (due to invalid number, Meta API error, or any other reason), the full cost of that message (Meta fee + PayPerWA fee) is automatically refunded to your wallet instantly.
3. Auto-Refund Process
Refunds for failed messages are processed automatically — no action needed from your side. You can see all refunds in Dashboard → Billing → Transactions.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same recharge due to a payment gateway error, contact support@payperwa.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will refund the duplicate amount within 5-7 business days.
5. Account Closure
If you close your account, any remaining wallet balance is non-refundable. We recommend using your balance before closing.
